Refund & Cancellation Policy
In case the Website or Payment gateway’s webpage is experiencing any server related issues like ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’ or ‘no response’, Check the bank account or card immediately and if In case the Bank Account or card appears to be debited, ensure that you do not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the Website via customer care to confirm payment and In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
A Request for a refund for a Paid Service shall be initiated if:
- The Consultant or Astrologer is unable to communicate clearly in the language mentioned in their profile
- A network issue due to which the consultation via chat or call gets affected in between or if there is a weak signal, background noise, inaudible consultant, etc. during the video/normal call sessions
- The Astrologer takes too much time or long enough to respond to the User. If the user is dissatisfied with the quality of advice or consultation provided by an Astrologer. In such an event, the initiation of refund shall be subject to a review by and satisfaction of Livastro, regarding the quality of consultation or advice provided to the dissatisfied member and Livastro’s decision on this issue shall be final and not subject to any challenge. An aggrieved user may contact us regarding such an issue by writing to us at info@livastro.com or contact us via Help and Support Section.
Note that by requesting for refund, User is agreeing to provide Livastro’s quality audit team permission to access the chat/call recording of the consultation for which refund has been requested, in order to determine whether the case is eligible for refund or not.
All refunds generated through the Website shall be credited only to the User’s Livastro Wallet on the Website.
No amount paid by a Registered Member towards a Paid Service shall be refunded-
- If the user provides a wrong phone number while availing the services
- If in case of lack of accuracy of any prediction or Consultations. Livastro takes no responsibility for factual accuracy on any consultations.
- If the request for refund is initiated by the user three hours after the time of payment. However, if payment has been made twice for the same Service, then the amount paid subsequently shall be refunded automatically.
- If the information provided by them on the Mobile application or Website is discovered to be incorrect. If customers have received the consultation report or have availed of the Service through other electronic means.
- If the consultation with an Astrologer has begun or completed.
If an order for a Service has been placed by a User in haste or a careless manner, the liability for any consequence or damage arising from such order shall be solely borne by such User
Livastro shall endeavour to process all refunds to Livastro’s Wallet within 12 (twelve) business days.
